We are seeking dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic volunteers to support the high-level **Regional EU Conference: “Bridges of Experience”** on **24–25 November 2025**. Your contribution is vital to **promoting and strengthening Senior Volunteering across the Balkans** ahead of the UN International Year of Volunteers 2026 (IVY 2026).

Your Role on the Team
Registration & Welcome Desk
**Responsibilities:** Check-in guests, verify documentation, distribute conference materials, and provide a professional first point of contact for all attendees.
**Requirements:** Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a welcoming, professional demeanor.
Speaker, VIP & Session Logistics
**Responsibilities:** Manage **VIP guest logistics** (Ambassadors, Ministers), guide speakers to the stage, provide technical assistance (presentations, microphones), *and* ensure smooth audience flow/session quietness as Hall Coordinator support.
**Requirements:** **Highly professional and discreet demeanor**, strong situational awareness, diplomacy, and experience with high-level **volunteer management**.
Wayfinding & Mobile Reserve Team
**Responsibilities:** Guide participants throughout the venue and act as flexible support, ready to address high-priority needs across all areas of the conference.
**Requirements:** High adaptability, readiness to jump into any task, and clear, helpful communication skills.
